Business Model
1. We buy productive land
Our main goal is to reinforce the system that supports fair and sustainable agricultural production and that provides healthy food for our shareholders and sympathizers.
To do that, we buy productive land in close collaboration with our parent company Our Land Holding LTD. This land is transformed into L-shares that represent the rights to bare ownership of that land. We hold those L-shares as underlying asset for our business.
Additionally, these L-shares give us rights to 50% of any proceeds from that land (rental income, tourism activities, sale profits, etc.).
2. We issue security tokens
Shares that we hold will form the Real-World Asset (RWA) for the CryptoPoint security tokens (XCPT) that we issue. Each block of 600.000 XCPT will represent 1 L-share.
We described this mechanism in more detail in our Information Document, but the most important part is that we will only issue CryptoPoint tokens if we have the underlying land shares. The total supply is also capped at 60.000 ha.
Token holders will be entitled to exchange them for L-shares in the future and any potential sale of our land will require a partial payment in XCPT.

We will issue tokens 2-to-1 cm² of land, but the eventual goal is to have 1 cm² of land equal to 1 XCPT token.
This system is secured both by our legal documents and by the conditions on the XRPL blockchain. The Max Supply is set to 6.000.000.000.000 tokens (which is 60.000 ha) and can never be exceeded.
3. We reinvest into our land
We will use any funds that we get from the sale of our tokens or proceeds from the land to reinvest back into our property – this could be buying more land or make it more valuable.
Thanks to our extremely low overhead costs, we can use 90% of our revenue to reinvest.
4. We grow value over time
Thanks to this model, the more land we have, the more revenue streams we can generate to grow those assets even further, invest in better land parcels or do upgrading projects. Any renovation works on the buildings we own could significantly increase the value of the underlying land or provide a profit when split off and sold to the market.
As the value of the underlying Real-World Assets grows, we expect the value of the CryptoPoint tokens to grow with it.
5. We manage capital funds
One of our core activities is to not only issue the CryptoPoint tokens, but also to manage and grow the capital fund set up by our shareholders. A portion of that fund will be invested in CryptoPoint tokens, which will create additional demand and support the price of the tokens.
6. We provide for our local communities
To achieve our main goal, we build partnerships and grow our local communities. We partnered up with several local agricultural businesses who committed to work our land in a sustainable and ethical way and grow healthy organic food. We provide the market place www.ourlandgoodfood.com to distribute this food, with discounts offered to the shareholders of Our Land Holding.
Next to that, we provide info sessions and share our knowledge on investment in crypto markets through the www.cryptopointclub.org, which is growing into a platform to exchange different knowledge between professionals.

Further detail on our Business Model
The parent company Our Land Holding Ltd acquires agricultural land and places it into production through local companies that comply with Organic, Natural and/or ancient grain production guidelines, selected in line with the core principles of the initiative.
Alternatively, recourse is made to local farmers who follow the same production standards.
All such aspects are duly specified in the lease agreements.
Rental fees are preferably accepted in the form of finished agri‑food products, which are offered at discounted prices to the shareholders of OurLand Holding through a reserved pre‑emption period. Upon completion of such period, the products will be placed on free sale to the public through the affiliated website www.ourlandgoodfood.com.
The Holding company and the token‑issuing company CryptoPoint Capital Management Ltd (CPCM) shall share the proceeds of the leases on a 50% basis, net of the mere administrative expenses borne by the Holding itself.
CPCM shall fully reinvest the amounts received in new land acquisitions, also in the form of pre‑financing of the Holding, as specified in the Information Document.
The Holding, for its part, may instead decide to allocate part of its proceeds to dividends or reserves.
The same financial allocation and reinvestment path shall also apply to proceeds deriving from the real estate sector for:
- the redevelopment of annexes and/or ruins to be allocated for tourist and/or residential use, with proceeds deriving from leases, sales, and fractional ownership sales. Real estate investments of these types shall be carried out through off‑plan pre‑sales of projects under development, both in full ownership form and in fractional ownership form;
- the use and/or resale of buildable areas existing at the time of acquisition and/or following a subsequent change of use. In such cases as well, the dynamics of use and sale shall be identical to those specified above.
Each time the Holding receives proceeds from the resale of the bare ownership right and from 50% of the proceeds, it undertakes to acquire new land under the best economic conditions and in coherence with the initiative.
For each receipt deriving from the sale of XCPT and/or from 50% of the proceeds of already acquired land, CPCM undertakes to acquire from the Holding the same rights over the newly acquired land.
