Why are we doing this?

Finance should serve the real economy.

For the past few decades, financial institutions have been increasingly allocating their resources to financial products – not to the real-world businesses that help build the real-world economy.

At the same time, small and medium-sized businesses have growing difficulties to secure financing for their growth. This is looking less and less productive – in fact, some economists point out that the financial industry is no longer creating value for the economy, but destroying it.

This approach is not sustainable in the long run. This negative dynamic could lead to lower growth, increased inequality and greater financial instability.

We want to do something about it.

What do we want to achieve?

The CryptoPoint token (XCPT) is a practical solution to create a ‘win-win-win’ situation:

    1. We invest in productive land – a real-world asset that grows food and generates valuable, tangible impact with real value for the people. Healthy organic food is available not only to our shareholders, but to everyone.
    2. We invest in local communities through collaboration with local partners, who commit to work the land in an ethical and sustainable way, support local communities and preserve the landscape.
    3. We offer a stable investment to our shareholders that is linked to a tangible, limited resource with a positive impact and a strong growth potential.

How does it work?

Every CryptoPoint token (XCPT) is classified as security token and linked to a parcel of land that we already own.

We hold L-shares of Our Land Holding Ltd, our parent company, as an underlying asset. Each L-share represents bare ownership of a parcel of land. On top of that, each L-share gives us rights to 50% of any economic proceeds coming from that land.

In the meantime, this land is being leased out and put to good use in collaboration with local partners who grow organic food, offer tourist activities or provide some other useful services.

By putting tokens on the market, we trade ownership of that land to raise funds to invest in more productive land and to improve the value of our parcels.

The Math

CryptoPoint tokens can only be issued in blocks of 600,000 XCPT when we have the L-shares. 1 Category L Share equals 600,000 XCPT  and represents 30 square meters of land. Therefore, 2 XCPT tokens represent 1 square centimeter of land.

As we continue to invest in more land, we will increase this value to 1:1, hence, 600,000 XCPT will be equal to 60 square meters of land.

Max Supply is set to 6,000,000,000,000 XCPT. This will equal to 60,000 ha. However, we do not plan to stop investing in land after this, therefore, we expect the value of XCPT to grow further over time.

Since CryptoPoint token is classified as a security token, we must comply with all relevant regulations for financial institutions (MiFID, FCA, and other relevant regulations). The security of this system is warranted by both legal documents (the information document and our company statutes) and by the security mechanisms of the XRPL blockchain ledger.

How much is 60,000 ha of agricultural land?

  • Belgium has 860,000 hectares of arable land that can grow crops.
  • County Kent in the United Kingdom has 275,000 hectares of agricultural land.
  • County Louth is the smallest county in the Republic of Ireland and measures in total 82,600 hectares.
  • a bit more than 85,000 football pitches!

What does this mean for the holders of XCPT?

Real estate is generally seen as a stable investment, however, it is not easily liquidated.

XCPT holders get a liquid, reliable crypto currency that is linked to a real-world asset. However, it can be traded and seen as a recognized currency linked to a real-world asset. This is an example of:

  • A store of value in the long run.
  • Efficient medium of exchange (that could also let having a quick profit in the short term.

Finance serving the Real Economy

The XCPT token is designed to create a win-win-win situation:

  • The holders own a liquid, reliable, recognized currency linked to a real-world asset. This is an example of:
    • A store of value in the long run.
    • Efficient medium of exchange (that could also let having a quick profit in the short term.
  • Support local communities. Local agri-food businesses receive more land to manage, and the marketplace were to sell the food they grow. This means that we can:
    • Help them to scale up and reduce the cost impact.
    • Have a positive impact on the local level of occupation: to manage the land they receive they need to hire more people.
  • We will have more good quality organic and natural food available on our tables.

How - what do you need to do?

To participate in the XCPT ecosystem, people must first complete the onboarding and compliance process.

In practical terms, users need to:

  • create or connect a compatible XRPL wallet (via Xaman);
  • complete KYC and AML, identity verification and compliance checks;
  • subscribe during the available distribution phases (such as pre‑sale or air‑drop) through the dedicated process on the project website;
  • receive XCPT into an authorised wallet, subject to the project’s issuance and transfer rules.

Only authorised wallets can hold and transfer the token, and access is restricted in certain jurisdictions, including the United States and other blacklisted countries.

More broadly, participants can then hold, use, transfer, or potentially exchange XCPT within the permitted framework of the project and the applicable compliance rules.

How - what do you get?

The XCPT security tokens, that are designed to be linked to a RWA – real world asset, productive agricultural land, through the project’s structured holding of Category L shares in Our Land Holding Ltd.

The XCPT is therefore part of a model intended to maintain a correlation with real land value, and not a purely speculative digital asset.

In practical terms, holders get:

  • access to XCPT, a fixed‑supply token issued on XRPL;
  • exposure to a model in which token issuance is tied to land‑backed underlying value through Category L shares;
  • the possibility, under the project structure and procedures described, to request conversion at the fixed reference ratio of 600,000 XCPT per Category L share, including fractional logic for smaller holdings;
  • potential use of XCPT as a means of exchange within the ecosystem, including future applications connected to agri‑food, tourism, residential initiatives, and partner services;
  • access to ecosystem incentives such as vesting, staking/remuneration mechanisms, and, where applicable, bonus distributions linked to specific launch phases.

It should be noted that there is no guarantee of return, liquidity or appreciation, and that the investment remains subject to the risks typically associated with cryptocurrencies and to regulatory developments.
